Since my birthday is this week, she came out with a lit candle in a cute cupcake display, sang “Happy Birthday,” and had me make a wish before blowing out the candle. It was such an unexpected and heartfelt gesture that truly made my day.

I went to get a facial yesterday and loved everything about this experience. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Besides the excellent customer service and the genuine sweetness of Sandra, this was truthfully the most efficient facial I’ve ever received in my life. Throughout my service, she explained what she was doing as she went along and gave me tips to help maintain healthy skin. I’ve had a dozen other facials, and Sandra is the only one I saw immediate results from. I wish I would’ve took before/after pics because she is the only one to ever clear all the gunk from the pores on my nose!

She also had a little welcome board with my name on it to greet me when I first walked in for my service, and had a mini Charcuterie board waiting for me by the end of it. 🥹 needless to say I love it here and can’t wait to come back....more
